  3. Users retain copyright ownership of their original content uploaded to Fame Afriqa but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, promote, and monetize such content through the platform.

4. Trademarks and Branding

  1. Fame Afriqa and the Fame Afriqa Logo are registered trademarks.

  2. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or branding is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  3. Licensed partners may use Fame Afriqa branding only under specific agreements.

5. Creator Participation

  1. Independent creators can submit work to Fame Afriqa for distribution and monetization.

  2. By submitting content, creators confirm that they own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions.

  3. Fame Afriqa reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify content that violates laws, copyright, community guidelines, or these terms.

  1. Fame Afriqa partners with brands to create, distribute, and amplify content across Africa and globally.

  2. Brands using the platform agree to provide accurate information and follow our advertising, sponsorship, and campaign guidelines.

  3. Fame Afriqa is not liable for the success or outcome of any brand campaigns, though we provide strategic and operational support.

7. Content Distribution

  1. Fame Afriqa may distribute content submitted by creators across its network, social media channels, and partner platforms.

  2. Distribution may include ads, sponsorships, integrations, and placement campaigns.

  3. Fame Afriqa provides analytics, reporting, and monetization support for distributed content.

8. Privacy and Data

  1. Users agree to Fame Afriqa’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, used, and stored.

  2. Fame Afriqa is committed to protecting user data and complying with applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. Fame Afriqa is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

  2. We do not guarantee specific revenue, engagement, or outcomes for content creators or brands.

  3. Users accept full responsibility for content submitted and any consequences arising from its distribution.

10. Termination

  1. Fame Afriqa may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or applicable law.

  2. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by submitting a written request.

  3. Termination does not remove liability for prior violations of the Terms and Agreements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Kenyan law, and parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

12. Updates to Terms

Fame Afriqa may update these Terms and Agreements from time to time. Users will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
